RESERVATIONS

Our rates vary depending on the trip, type of hunt, duration, and size of group.
Please e-mail us or call 406-446-1311 for a trip quote or to customize a trip.
There is a 6% food/lodging on 10% of the total.

"Switchback Outfitters is not responsible for accidents, damage, or injury to persons or property. All hunters must agree to assume responsibility for, and release Switchback Outfitters from, any and all damage, injury, or death to himself or other persons or property that result from participation in the recreational opportunities offered by Switchback Outfitters."

Deposit/Cancellation policy:

1)	No deposit is required or accepted until such time as a hunter or party of hunters receives and holds a valid Wyoming license.
2)	At such time a 50% deposit will be accepted to confirm and hold hunt dates for said client(s).
3)	All deposits are required within 7 days of notification of succesfully drawing a Wyoming licence.
4)	Full refunds will be given on deposit if the date of your hunt can be rebooked with another party or the full amount maybe applied to the following year. In the event that the hunt dates remain unbooked, Switchback Outfitters LLC will retain the entire deposit.
5)	All clients are made aware of this policy before any deposit will be accepted.
6)	Switchback recommends buying trip cancellation insurance which is available from a variety of agents. Should you be unable to make the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will not lose all of your investment.
7)	The weather can have a profound effect on your hunting experience. Switchback has no control over it. No extra days will be awarded or refunds given due to lost hunting opportunity caused by acts of God. All hunts must be paid in full before arrival.
